Returns information
Most online purchases have a 14-day cancellation right, with a 30-day return-request offer on eligible items. Change-of-mind return postage is normally customer-paid; faulty-goods rights are protected.
Contact Hearth & Hue before sending an item back. We will confirm the return address for the supplier that dispatched it and provide instructions. The sender address on the parcel may not be the correct returns address.
